Hatha Yoga (All Levels) with Tanya

This class is a traditional yoga class in the truest sense. A combination of Pranayama (breath techniques) for purification and cleansing, classical Asana (steady poses) for flexibility and strength, and meditation to positively focus the mind. Sensitivity to each student’s strengths and limitations is respectfully observed. A class that welcomes anyone, at any level of practice.
