Yoga for Healing and Wellness with Tanya

A gentle yoga class for students who are overcoming health challenges- though all students seeking physical and or emotional and mental healing are very welcome. Traditional elements will be adjusted to each student’s needs. A safe place to release blocked energy and develop strength, flexibility and positive focus. Pranayama (breath techniques) to release blocked energy and purify every system, Asana (steady poses) to build comfort, flexibility and strength in the body, and meditation to develop positive mind focus.
