Kids Yoga Adventures
(Ages 8-11)

Kid’s Yoga Adventures is a fun and creative way to practice yoga while learning life skills. The program is especially designed as a playful adventure story or game with a different theme each class. The kids practice yoga poses within the story or game structure and are encouraged to approach various joys and challenges with curiosity, inquiry, positive thought and clear communication.

Give your child the opportunity to develop physical awareness and control, mental focus, and tools for the safe release of tension and excess emotional energy in the body! Proper breathing is also introduced in the class to develop tools for calming the mind and regulating their energy, along with a short guided relaxation at the end of each class. This program is so fantastic that parents will wish they were kids again!

The Inner Space is delighted to offer the Arts and Yoga Leadership Camp again this summer!

LEADERSHIP PROJECTS: Each camper is also invited to develop a “passion project” in something they love and will lead the campers through experiencing it. Some past projects were an original dance, story, puppet play, comedy/joke, painting, cupcake decorating, song, slime and mural. We will assist with this and provide materials.
PRESENTATION: Parents/family are invited to a celebration program presented by the campers on Friday evening.
